The Beginning

First up, let's have an informal get-together, no obligations, no strings attached chat.

If we vibe and you feel I’m the celebrant for you, then let's do this! Once I've received the booking fee, I'll send you an information kit and a questionnaire to get the info I need to understand you as a couple and what your vision for your celebration is.

Our First Meeting

Let's catch up face-to-face to go through some of your ceremony ideas and piece together your ceremony from the info kit and questionnaire responses, and maybe we'll also share some laughs, hilarious stories, and enjoy some beverages.

I will then fade into the background and go write your personalised ceremony.

Pre-Ceremony Prep

Prior to the ceremony, I'll send you a draft to go over and change anything if necessary. Then a final draft of the ceremony script and a confirmation email of all the ceremony details will follow.

When you give me the green light and everything is to your liking, we're good to go.

Rehearsal

A rehearsal or run-through with the people who will be involved in the ceremony, if you wish, can be arranged the week of the wedding.

It's the big day!

On the big day, I'll be at the venue 30-60 minutes before go time to set up and make sure we're good to go!

I'll touch base with the key players and make sure everyone is on the same page. Once I get the thumbs up, it’s game on, and we'll say the "I do's."

The Follow-Up

In the week after the ceremony, I will lodge the official documents with Births, Deaths & Marriages.

I'll also be in touch with a feedback questionnaire and reminisce about the big day.
